Healthy Eating Workshop - 7th July 2026

At Banana Moon Colchester we were delighted to welcome parents and carers to a fun and interactive Healthy Eating Workshop. Families enjoyed spending time together while learning about the importance of making healthy food choices and encouraging positive eating habits from an early age.

The session included discussions on balanced nutrition, healthy lunchbox ideas, reducing sugar intake, and simple, affordable meal and snack options for young children. Parents also had the opportunity to share ideas, ask questions, and take away useful resources to support healthy lifestyles at home.

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to such a positive and informative session. We look forward to welcoming families to more workshops in the future.
